Q: Why use Harford services:

A: We have years of experience gained in China, we work on the same time zones as China and we speak the local dialects fluently and travel to the factories we use. You can explain to us in English and not have to worry about it being misinterpreted. We will contact you on your time zone no matter where you are and you can reach us 24/7. Our service to look after you and your orders is our top priority.

Q: What services are you offering:

A: As well as source and supply your product, we can arrange your shipping door to door and give you a choice of sailings so you can decide on a fast or slow vessel. Our high volumes mean we can offer competitive prices.

We also arrange a thorough quality control inspection during production up to AQL level 2 as well as personally visit the factory to see things ourselves from ‘your eyes’. We pay attention to all written materials and packaging details.

No matter what your requirement, we can help you.

Q: How do we place an order?

A: Once you have decided on an item, you let us know the volume. We will work out the best loading for the size container you require. We will be asking you lots of questions at this stage such as what kind of packaging you need and if you want your logo on the product, we will also be discussing the Instruction Manual and Shipping Marks.

Q: What happens after the order has been placed?

A: You can sit back and relax, we will be liaising with the factory and getting the order under production. Our team in Hong Kong will take care of the written materials and we will be emailing you for approvals as the order progresses.

Q: What happens if there is something wrong with out shipment

A: Usually we pick up on faulty products during production and we are also very careful about what factories we use, this really helps to eliminate a lot of potential problems. If however, problems arise you must contact us with as much information as you can backed up with photographic evidence. Occasionally we will pay for the faulty items to be sent back to Hong Kong for testing. Harford stands by it’s products and will work out a suitable compensation which you will be satisfied with either by offering a refund or replacement.

Q: How does Harford Charge and are there any hidden extra costs?

A: Harford adds a small commission to the asking price. Usually we have very good prices to begin with due to our high volumes. Our commission includes all our expenses such as visits to China, the quality control inspections, and cost of doing business in China. We keep our margins small and reasonable, if we were expensive we would not survive as our customers need to remain competitive. There are absolutely no extra costs, the price on our quotation is final.

Q: Can Harford source items not shown on the website?

A: Yes! Many items we are currently providing, are not shown on our website due to exclusive arrangements with our customers. If you are looking for something particular, or if you want an OEM product, please contact us. You can trust our discretion.

Q: Do you have samples in your office? Can we visit you?

A: Our office is 10 minutes walk from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai, anyone is welcome to visit us at anytime. Kindly email us beforehand so we can prepare the samples needed. We warmly welcome visitors from all Nations. If you need any assistance in booking a hotel or flights, please let us know.
